OneSixthScale (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides display cases, stands, and accessories for collectors. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to follow our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product images, dimensions, materials, and specifications.
However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the nature of acrylic manufacturing.

  • Custom or special-order items may differ slightly from preview images.

We may modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are shown in the currency specified at checkout.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated processing times are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed.

If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched:

  • Delivery times depend on your chosen courier service

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses

Any delivery-related claims must be raised directly with the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.

Key points:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all protective film intact, and all parts included

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

  • Postage costs are non-refundable

  • Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refunds

  • You must contact us for return approval before sending any item back

Damage reported after the 7-day window cannot be refunded or replaced.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
This includes:

  • Custom printed backgrounds

  • Custom-sized cases

  • Special edition or one-off designs

If a custom item arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

8. Warranty

All products are checked before dispatch.
Our cases are made from acrylic, which is durable but can still scratch or crack if handled incorrectly.

We do not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or incorrect assembly

  • Damage caused by modifying the product

  • Wear and tear over time

9. Limitation of Liability

OneSixthScale is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses caused by improper use of our products

  • Damage to collectible figures or models placed inside our cases

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, texts, and branding on this website belong to OneSixthScale.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our site for:

  • Fraudulent purchases

  • Uploading harmful or malicious content

  • Reselling our products as your own

  • Misrepresenting our brand or modifying our products for resale without approval
