Thank you for shopping with OneSixthScale. Please review our Shipping Policy for important information about dispatch times, delivery methods, and responsibilities.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Typical processing times:

  • Standard items: 2–5 working days

  • Special edition items: 3–7 working days

  • Custom orders: 7–14 working days (depending on design approval)

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or product launches.
If we expect a delay, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services for reliable and trackable delivery.
Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

All parcels are shipped with:

  • Tracking number

  • Delivery confirmation

We do not offer untracked shipping.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery speed depends on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Europe: 3–7 working days

  • USA & International: 5–12 working days

These are estimates only.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or weather-related disruptions.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We cannot:

  • Refund items delivered to the wrong address

  • Replace items lost due to incorrect address details

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel is dispatched:

  • Responsibility transfers to the courier

  • Any claims for loss, non-delivery, or stolen parcels must be raised directly with the courier

We will, of course, assist where possible, but we are not liable for courier mishandling.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging

  2. Take photos of the damage to the product

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will review the case and advise you on the next steps.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Handling fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by your country

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Refusing delivery due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund.


8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return postage is non-refundable

  • You must use a tracked and insured service

We are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.


9. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost if needed for protection or packaging.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all parcels.
