OneSixthScale – Return & Refund Policy
At OneSixthScale, we are committed to delivering high-quality display cases and stands. Please review our policy before requesting a return.
Returns – 7 Days
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

All protective film must remain intact

All parts, fixings, and accessories must be included

The item must be unused and in fully resellable condition
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
Postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please contact us for return approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days.
Please provide:

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the packaging (internal & external)
-
Your confirmed delivery address
Once verified, we will advise the next steps.
Damage reported after 7 days cannot be refunded or replaced.
Returning the Item
After your return has been approved:

Ship the item using a tracked and insured courier service

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels
Upon receiving the item:

We will inspect it

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days, minus the 20% restocking fee

Postage costs will not be refunded
Items Returned Damaged
If the product arrives back to us in a damaged condition, you must contact your courier directly to make a compensation claim.
We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

Protective film has been removed

The product has been assembled or used

Parts or fixings are missing
-
More than 7 days have passed since delivery
Postage and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
